Wine Lovers Weekend in conjunction with The GLOSS Magazine will take place on 21st & 22nd February 2020.
Arrive for two nights bed & breakfast on 21st February and enjoy complimentary scheduled daily estate experiences
Dinner on Saturday night which will include the following:
• Explore the subtle harmonies that exist between food and wine at our gastronomic wine and dinner evening
• Welcome champagne reception and canapes on arrival to dinner
• Enjoy a six course meal created by Chef David McCann and his team at the Castle showcasing the best of produce from Co. Clare and surrounding area
• Six sublime wines will be carefully matched, chosen and introduced to us by The Gloss Wine editor Mary Dowey
