Michelin star chef Derry Clarke along with his wife Sallyanne will bring a touch of Michelin star restaurant L’Ecrivain to the Earl of Thomond Restaurant at Dromoland Castle.

Enjoy an exciting evening of delicious cuisine and fine wines carefully created by Chef Derry Clarke and his team in collaboration with Chef David McCann and his team at the Castle. Both chefs together will create a unique six course tasting menu inspired using regional Co. Clare seasonal produce. With Sallyanne’s warm welcome front of house working alongside our Maître D’ Se Gardiner and his team this is truly going to be a very special once off evening not to be missed.
